2. ASTM/SEI certified helmets must be worn by all riders of any age at
all times while mounted. Riders must also wear heeled boots.
3. Smoking is prohibited in all areas.
4. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the property.
5. All must remain quiet in and around the stables.
6. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by
an adult while on the property.
7. No one is allowed to ride on the grounds without another person
present.
8. Parking is allowed in stable area only. Drivers must drive slowly
down the driveway and in the stable area.
9. Trailer parking is available in designated areas for a fee of $20 per
month.
10. Chewing gum or food of any kind while mounted is prohibited.
11. Dangling jewelry or any type of jewelry around the neck is prohibited
while riding.
12. Outside trainers and/or instructors are prohibited.
13. All riders must be students or boarders of Bellemount Stables LLC.
Visitors may not ride any horse on the premises.
14. Independent riding and/or practice sessions are prohibited in riding
arenas while lessons are taking place.
15. Pets and other animals are prohibited on the grounds.
16. Report damage, breakage, and/or injury immediately.
17. Horses on the property may not roam freely. They must always be in
hand, under saddle, or in a paddock or pasture.
18. The washer and dryer are for Bellemount Stables LLC use only.
19. Water in the wash stall and all other areas must be conserved. Water
must be turned off when not in use.
20. Due to possible fire hazards, aisle ways should be kept clear of
materials and debris at all times.
21. Visitors may not use any equipment or supplies belonging to
Bellemount Stables LLC or its boarders without permission.
22. Visitors are not permitted in stables, pastures, paddocks, or riding
arenas for their own safety.
23. Bellemount Stables LLC reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the
property at anytime, for any reason.
24. No additions or changes of any kind may be made to the existing
structures without permission from Bellemount Stables LLC.
